General
- Do you sell tortillas for foodservice use in restaurants?
- Yes. Restaurants and taquerias are most of what we do, along with stores across California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Texas, and Chicago. Call the tortillería at (760) 726-0202 and we will quote wholesale pricing on corn and flour.
- Do you sell retail?
- No. We sell wholesale only, to restaurants, taquerias, and stores.
- How do I open a wholesale account?
- Call the tortillería at (760) 726-0202, or send the pricing request form on the Wholesale page and we will call you back with prices and availability. Tell us roughly what you go through in a week and we will work from there.
Products
- Are your corn tortillas nixtamalized?
- Yes. Our corn tortillas are made from 100% nixtamal corn, nixtamalized the traditional way here in Vista. We also sell nixtamal and masa by the pound, and masa for tamales in season. No preservatives or stabilizers.
- Where are your products made?
- Every tortilla we sell is made here in Vista, California, where the family has been producing since 2000.
Ordering
- When do you fulfill my order?
- Flour tortillas are made every day. Corn runs Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights, ready the following day. Call (760) 726-0202 to arrange pickup or delivery.
- Can I order in smaller pack sizes?
- Often, yes. Several lines run in more than one pack: roll tacos and mini tortillas come in a 10 dozen pack and a 5 dozen medium pack, and the casera comes large by the 10 dozen or small by the 30 count. Pack sizes are on the corn list and the flour list. If you need something that is not listed, call and ask.
- How do I know you received my order?
- Orders are taken over the phone, so you have confirmation on the call. If you sent the pricing request form instead, we will call you back to confirm before anything is set aside.
Delivery
- Do you deliver?
- Yes. We deliver direct to restaurants and warehouses across Southern California. Beyond Southern California, we sell through distributors. You can also pick up at 402 Olive Ave.
